In addition to desks, deskbird lets you book parking spots and other workspace resources such as lockers or phone booths. The booking flow is the same as for desks — just choose the right resource type for what you need.
1. Available resource types
deskbird supports three categories of bookable resources:
- Desks — standard workstations on the office floor plan.
- Parking spots — vehicle spaces managed separately from the office floor plan.
- Other resources — any additional bookable item your company has configured, such as lockers, phone booths, or equipment.
The resource types available to you depend on what your office admin has set up. If you do not see a resource type you expect, contact your admin.
2. Book a parking spot
- Open the Book tab in the deskbird web, mobile, or MS Teams app.
- Select the date you want to book.
- Switch to the Parking section or select the parking area from the navigation.
- Choose an available parking spot from the list or map view.
- Review the details and click Confirm.
Your parking booking will appear alongside your other bookings in Bookings > Upcoming.
💡 You can use Filters to find spots with specific equipment, such as an EV charger.
3. Book another resource type
- Open the Book tab.
- Select the date you want to book.
- Navigate to the relevant resource area (e.g. Other resources) as set up by your admin.
- Select an available resource from the list.
- Review the details and click Confirm.
