deskbird lets you bookmark any desk, parking spot, or other resource as a favourite so you can find and book it again in seconds — no searching required. Favourites are personal to your account and can be added or removed at any time.
1. What favourites are
A favourite is a bookmarked resource — a desk, parking spot, or any other bookable space — that appears in a dedicated section on your Book page and in your profile under Your spaces. This lets you jump straight to the spaces you use most often without browsing the floor plan every time.
⚠️ Favourites do not automatically book the space, and they do not reserve or block the space for you. Any colleague can still book a space you have favourited.
2. Save a space as a favourite
- Open the Book tab in the deskbird web or mobile app.
- Select a date and navigate to the floor plan.
- Find the desk, parking spot, or other resource you want to save.
- Click or tap the heart icon next to the resource name.
- The icon turns filled to confirm the resource is now saved as a favourite.
💡 To remove a favourite, click or tap the heart icon again to toggle it off.
3. Book from your favourites
- Open the Book tab.
- Your favourited spaces appear in the Your spaces section at the top of the page.
- Select the date you want to book.
- Click or tap the favourited space to open its booking card.
- Confirm the booking.
💡 If a favourited space is already taken on the date you choose, it will appear as unavailable. Use the floor plan or filters to find an alternative.
