deskbird gives you a clear overview of all your upcoming and past bookings in one place. From the Bookings tab you can review booking details, make changes before your visit, and keep track of your office history.
1. View your upcoming bookings
There are two places where you can see your upcoming bookings:
- Book tab: your bookings for a selected day appear in the left side panel and are highlighted on the floor plan.
- Bookings tab: go to Bookings > Upcoming bookings for a chronological list of all reservations across all dates.
Each booking card shows the date, resource name, location, and check-in status.
2. Edit a booking
You can edit an upcoming booking from either the Book tab or the Bookings tab:
From the Book tab:
- Navigate to the date of the booking.
- Click your existing booking in the left side panel or on the floor plan.
- Select Edit and make your changes.
- Confirm the updated booking.
From the Bookings tab:
- Go to Bookings > Upcoming bookings.
- Find the booking you want to change.
- Click Edit and update the details.
- Save your changes.
3. View past bookings
- Go to the Bookings tab.
- Select Completed bookings (or scroll past your upcoming list, depending on your app version).
- Browse your booking history, including dates, resources used, and check-in status.
💡 Past bookings are read-only — they cannot be edited or cancelled after they have completed.
