1. Manual user management

Capabilities:

• Quickly manage users and groups directly within deskbird.
• Full access to all deskbird features, including office roles, office functions, hybrid work policies, and detailed user settings.

Ideal Use Cases:

• Smaller organizations or immediate, straightforward management needs.
• Complementing automated integrations to manage advanced features like roles and policies.

💡 Note: You can’t manually assign users to groups that are generated and synced via external systems (SCIM or HRIS) — this must be managed directly in the external system.

2. In-App CSV Import

Capabilities:

• Simple bulk import of users into deskbird using CSV files.

Ideal Use Cases:

• Initial setup or bulk onboarding of users.
• Organizations not currently utilizing automated synchronization.
