1. Download the app
Use deskbird the way you prefer: via the Web app, the Microsoft Teams app, or download our mobile app for iOS and Android.
2. Sign in
Use your company credentials to log in. Depending on your setup, you can sign in via Microsoft, Google, Okta, or with your email and a password. Unsure which one to use? Just ask your deskbird admin!
3. Plan your week
Set your location preferences for the week: home office, in the office, or remote. Check out our schedule guide for a step-by-step.
4. Book a desk
Once your week is planned, it’s time to reserve your favorite desk. Choose the floor, area, and desk that works best for your day—and maybe even sit near a teammate!
5. Check in
If your company has check-in enabled, make sure to confirm your desk or parking spot reservation on the day. Learn more about how check-in works.
