You can use deskbird in multiple languages depending on your preferred platform. Here's how to change your language across the different apps.
1. Web app
Click your profile icon (bottom left corner) and choose Change language. You'll see this list:
- Your system settings (default)
- English (USA)
- French (France)
- Spanish (Spain)
- German (Germany)
- Italian (Italy)
- Ukrainian (Ukraine)
- Dutch (Netherlands)
- Czech (Czech Republic)
- Hungarian (Hungary)
2. Microsoft Teams
deskbird automatically follows your Microsoft Teams language. Change your Microsoft Teams app language, and deskbird will adjust accordingly.
3. Mobile app (iOS & Android)
On iOS, tapping Change language in the Profile tab redirects you to your iPhone’s system settings. deskbird uses your iOS language setting. If it’s not supported (e.g., Norwegian), the app will prompt you to choose a supported one.
On Android, tap Change language in the Profile tab inside the deskbird app and choose from:
