deskbird is available in multiple languages and you can switch the display language at any time. The steps differ slightly depending on whether you are using the web app, Microsoft Teams, or the mobile app on iOS or Android.
1. Web app
In the web app, click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Change language. Choose from the following options:
- Your system settings (default)
- English (USA)
- French (France)
- Spanish (Spain)
- German (Germany)
- Italian (Italy)
- Ukrainian (Ukraine)
- Dutch (Netherlands)
- Czech (Czech Republic)
- Hungarian (Hungary)
The interface updates immediately after you make your selection.
2. Microsoft Teams
The deskbird Teams app automatically follows your Microsoft Teams display language — there is no separate language setting inside deskbird for Teams. To change the language, update the language in your Microsoft Teams app settings and deskbird will reflect the change on the next load.
3. Mobile app (iOS)
On iOS, deskbird uses the language set on your device rather than an in-app selection. To change it:
- In the deskbird app, go to the Profile tab and tap Change language. You will be redirected to your iPhone's system settings.
- In system settings, update the language for the deskbird app or your device language as preferred.
💡 If your iOS language is not supported by deskbird (for example, Norwegian), the app will prompt you to choose a supported language the next time it opens.
4. Mobile app (Android)
On Android, you can select a language directly inside the deskbird app:
- Go to the Profile tab and tap Change language.
- Choose your preferred language from the list.
The available languages are: English (USA), French (France), Spanish (Spain), German (Germany), Italian (Italy), Ukrainian (Ukraine), Dutch (Netherlands), Czech (Czech Republic), Hungarian (Hungary).
