Get a complete view of how your teams work with Workforce Analytics. This feature helps you understand attendance, remote work trends, and the adoption of hybrid work across teams. Workforce Analytics is part of deskbird’s Business and Enterprise plans.
1. Overview
Workforce Analytics is all about people. It shows how often teams and users come to the office or work remotely, what days are most popular for working from home, and how hybrid work is adopted over time.
Use it to make data-driven decisions for policies, resource planning, and team alignment.
2. Key capabilities
- Visual overview of office vs. remote days across teams
- Filter by user group, office, or custom time ranges
- Spot weekday trends and preferences by group
- Drill down into individual data or statuses
- Export insights as Excel or PDF
Examples:
- How many people worked remotely last week?
- Which departments come to the office most often?
- What day is most popular for remote work?
3. Roles and access
Workforce Analytics is available to users depending on their role:
- Group Manager: Access is limited to their assigned user groups and subgroups
- Manager: Full access to Workforce Analytics
- Office Admin: Full access to Workforce Analytics (not limited to assigned office)
- Global Admin: Full access to Workforce Analytics
Regular Users do not have access to analytics. For more details, see our full roles and permissions guide.
4. Export and reporting
Click the Export button in the top right corner of the dashboard to download data as Excel. You can also right-click and use your browser’s Print function to save a PDF snapshot.
This makes it easy to share insights in meetings or store historical records.
