If your host registered you in advance, you can check yourself in at the on-site deskbird kiosk tablet when you arrive — no app, no account needed. The process takes just a few seconds and automatically notifies your host that you are here.
1. Check in at the kiosk
The kiosk is the tablet displayed at or near the reception area. To check in using your visitor code:
- On the kiosk welcome screen, select With visitor code.
- Enter the unique code from your invitation email in the Enter your visitor code field.
- Tap Continue.
- The kiosk displays your host's name, visit time, and your personal details. Review the information.
- Confirm to complete your check-in.
A confirmation message appears and your host is notified immediately via Microsoft Teams or email. If badge printing is enabled at this office, your visitor badge is printed automatically at this step.
💡 The kiosk supports multiple languages. Tap the language selector in the top-right corner of the screen before starting if you prefer a different language.
2. What if you don't have a pre-registration?
If you do not have an invitation or visitor code, you can still register as a walk-in visitor directly at the kiosk:
- On the kiosk welcome screen, select Manual.
- Enter your first and last name.
- Enter your company name, or tap Skip if not applicable.
- Specify who you are visiting. If you are unsure, select I don't know — the office's default host will be notified on your behalf.
- Review your visit summary and tap Continue to complete registration.

3. FAQs
Just your visitor code from the invitation email. You can show it on your phone or have it written down — the kiosk only needs the code, not the email itself. If you don't have a code, you can still register manually as a walk-in visitor.
