Throughout the Help Center, you may notice certain features marked with a label like “Desks Enterprise” or “UDM”. These tags indicate that a feature is not included in all plans by default.
Clicking on such a label will bring you to this article for clarification. If a feature you're interested in isn't currently available to you, it may be tied to a different subscription tier or require a standalone product add-on.
