As an admin, you can manually check in colleagues when needed — for example, if a user is unable to check in themselves. This article covers how to do that.

Checking in for a colleague
- Open the deskbird web app.
- Go to the Bookings section.
- Find the user's current booking marked Now and click Check in.
💡 Use this sparingly (e.g., in emergencies). Encourage users to check in themselves via the app or QR code.
💡 This option is not available if check-in is set to QR code only.
