1. Login options
When you open the deskbird login page, all available sign-in methods are displayed on the screen. If you have logged in before on the same device and browser (without clearing your browser cache), look for the Last used label — it highlights the method you used last time, making it easy to pick the right one.
The available methods are:
- Sign in with Microsoft
- Sign in with Google
- SSO with Okta
- Email and password
⚠️ Not all methods may be active for your company. Selecting a method that is not configured will result in an error — this does not affect your account. Go back and choose the correct option. If you are unsure which method to use, check with your admin or refer to the instructions your company sent when you first signed up.
2. Sign in with Microsoft
Use your corporate Microsoft account (Microsoft Entra ID, formerly Azure AD) to log in to deskbird.
- Go to the deskbird login page.
- Click Sign in with Microsoft.
- You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page. Enter your work email address and password (or complete your company's MFA flow).
- Once authenticated, you are taken directly into deskbird.
💡 If your company uses Microsoft Teams, you can also access deskbird directly from the Teams sidebar without a separate sign-in step.
3. Sign in with Google
Use your Google Workspace account to log in to deskbird.
- Go to the deskbird login page.
- Click Sign in with Google.
- Select your work Google account from the picker (or enter your credentials if prompted).
- Once authenticated, you are taken directly into deskbird.
💡 No additional setup is needed for Google login. If your company uses Google Workspace, this option is available by default.
4. Sign in with Okta
If your company uses Okta as its identity provider, you can log in to deskbird through Okta SSO.
- Go to the deskbird login page.
- Click Sign in with SSO or the Okta option shown on screen.
- You will be redirected to your company's Okta login page. Enter your Okta credentials.
- Once authenticated, you are taken directly into deskbird.
💡 You may also be able to launch deskbird directly from your company's Okta app dashboard without visiting the deskbird login page first.
5. Sign in with email and password
Email and password login is the simplest way to access deskbird and does not require any company SSO setup.
- Go to the deskbird login page.
- Click Sign in with email (or the email/password option).
- Enter your work email address and your deskbird password.
- Click Sign in.
If you have not yet set a password, or you have forgotten it, click Forgot password? on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your email address.
⚠️ If your company uses SSO, your admin may have disabled email/password login. In that case, use the SSO option configured for your organisation.
6. FAQs
On the deskbird login page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link by email. Follow the link to set a new password. If you use SSO (Microsoft, Google, or Okta), you do not have a separate deskbird password — reset your password through your company's identity provider instead.
Your company's IT admin or HR team will have communicated this when you were set up in deskbird. If you are unsure, look for the Last used label on the login page (if you have signed in before on the same device), or ask your admin directly.
