- Ensure that your deskbird account is associated with an email domain that is recognized by the system. If you didn't come across this information during the onboarding process, don't hesitate to reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager or our Customer Service team. They will be more than happy to assist you and provide any additional guidance you may need.
- Access the deskbird login page and enter your email address associated with the recognized domain.
- You will be automatically redirected to your organization's Google login page.
- Authenticate your credentials on the Google login page.
- Once authenticated, you will be seamlessly logged into your deskbird account. This also applies to every employee who accesses deskbird with the same recognized domain.
