Find exactly your preferred booking resources with our new equipment filters!
Not all booking resources are equally equipped. Some desks have dual monitors or are height-adjustable, and some parking spots come with EV chargers. We understand that employees have equipment preferences or health-related needs for their work environment.
Before, it was difficult to identify available resources with specific equipment quickly. That's why we've introduced equipment filters—to make it easier to find the perfect desk or parking spot that meets your needs.
For Admins: Setting Up Equipment
Step 1: Add Equipment Options
- Log in to the Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Office Settings > Equipment.
- Add the equipment based on the resource type.
💡 Please note that Equipment is created on a per-office basis.
Step 2: Assign Equipment to Resources
- Go to Floors & Spaces in the Admin Portal.
- Select the Area where you want to assign equipment.
- Assign Equipment to Resources:
- Click on a specific resource (e.g., a desk area or parking spot).
- In the resource details, find the edit button.
- Select the equipment you've added earlier.
Bulk Assign Equipment (Optional):

- Use the Bulk Edit feature to assign equipment to multiple resources at once.
- Select multiple resources by checking the boxes next to them.
- Click on the edit button at the top of the page.
- Assign the desired equipment.
💡 Bulk editing saves time when assigning equipment to several resources with the same features. Additionally, bulk editing can be used for deleting a resource and setting the status and access rights.
For Users: Finding the Perfect Spot with Equipment Filters
Step 1: Access the Booking Dashboard
- Log in and go to the main booking dashboard
Step 2: Apply Equipment Filters
- Click on the "Equipment" tile on the booking dashboard.
- You can also use the floorplan section to filter for your desired equipment.
- Select the Equipment you need (e.g., Dual Monitors, Standing Desk, EV Charger), and apply the filter.
Step 3: Book Your Space
- The system will display only the resources that match your selected equipment.
- Choose your desired workspace or parking spot from the filtered results.
- Complete the booking as usual.
Note: Your selected filters will be saved and automatically applied the next time you open the booking dashboard, making future bookings even faster.
Important Details
- Availability: The equipment filter feature is available on the Business plan and above.
- Limitations:
- Users cannot filter for equipment within the multi-day booking flow.
- However, if filters are applied beforehand, a resource with the selected equipment will be automatically chosen.
- The equipment filter feature is an AND filter, not an OR filter. This means all selected equipment must be present in the resource for it to appear in the results.
