No access to Analytics.
Regular users do not have permission to access either the Admin Portal or to view any analytics data.
Group Manager
Limited access to Workforce Analytics.
Group Managers can only see data and reports related to the specific user groups they manage.
Manager
Access to Workforce Analytics.
Managers have broader access compared to Group Managers. They can view Workforce Analytics data for all users and groups within the company, providing a comprehensive view of workforce data.
Office Admin
Limited access to both Workforce and Office Analytics.
Office Administrators can fully use Workforce Analytics while Office Analytics are limited to the office(s) they have access to.
Global Admin
Access to both Workforce and Office Analytics.
deskbird's Global Administrators have the highest level of access. Global admins can view and manage all analytics data across the organization, encompassing both workforce and office metrics.
