We understand that having the freedom to choose your workspace is essential. With Favorite Spaces, we've made it effortless for users to book their preferred spots without any admin's assistance. It's a convenient and flexible way to personalize your workspace experience.
How does it work?
After setting your status to 'Office', simply click 'Quick book' next to your favorite space. And just like that, your go-to workspace will be booked for the day.Â
From now on, you can easily book directly from your Personal Feed and soon, from the Colleagues View on the Schedule page, as well. This time-saving feature eliminates the need to navigate to the Book area separately.

Your spaces
To make it even easier to book your Favorite Spaces, you can add them to your favorites. To do so, simply click on the heart icon next to a space you frequently book. The heart icon will turn purple, confirming that it has been added to your favorites. Your Favorite Spaces will appear on the Book page and on your profile under 'Your spaces'.
Your Favorite Space will, of course, be available to book for your colleagues, as well.

Friendly reminders
💡Having a Favorite Space does not automatically book a space for you, but it allows you to quickly see if the space is available. If the space is not available, you'll see Occupied, and you can easily book another desk.Â
In other words, it is a preference that lets you keep an eye on your favorite spaces and book them in just one click.Â
💡 You cannot set a desk or other resource as a favorite if it is in a restricted area, or if you have time-based priority access to an area.
💡 Favorite Spaces currently cover desks, parking spots, and other resources but not meeting rooms yet.

What is the difference between Favorite and Assigned spaces?
In addition to Favorite Spaces, we offer the option of Assigned Spaces. Assigned Spaces are typically managed by an admin or group manager, whereas Favorite Spaces are managed by users.Â
A space can be assigned to you by the deskbird admin of your company and is automatically booked whenever you set your status to ‘Office’. On the other hand, a Favorite Space can be added by any user role and can be booked in one click whenever it is available.
