With this program, we at deskbird intend to give our customers the opportunity to inform deskbird’s Product Development team about the daily challenges of companies with a hybrid work model.
We believe this will allow our customers to actively participate in the design of new functionalities and enable us to find the best possible solutions to hybrid work challenges.
As a customer, you can participate and influence the deskbird software in different ways:
- Schedule a feedback meeting with a Product Manager
- Participate in feature-specific user research interviews
1. Share your feedback with a Product Manager
This meeting will allow us to understand your goals, opportunities, and the challenges of introducing a hybrid work model at your company.
It will last approximately 30 minutes and focus on your experiences and challenges of managing a hybrid work model.

2. Share insights on a new or existing feature: Feature-specific interview (Pre-development phase) & Beta-testing program (Pre-release phase)
A feature-specific research interview focuses on your needs about a specific new or existing functionality. This could be a qualitative interview for identifying feature requirements or validating existing designs by testing the user experience.
Participating in a beta-test program gives you the opportunity to help shape the user experience of new features on deskbird. As part of this program, you get exclusive early access to an unreleased feature so that you can test it out and share your experience using it.
Benefits for you:
You can give targeted feedback on individual features before they get developed. Your opinions can, therefore, be quickly and easily taken into account, and make sure that deskbird's features successfully meet your needs in an efficient and high-quality way.
For instance, if you find any unexpected behavior during a beta test, we can make sure to fix it before the global release.
