It is possible to export the Workforce Analytics data as well as Booking data as Excel files to conduct further analysis.
2. Booking data
1. Workforce Analytics data
Open our web app, go to the Admin Portal, and select Analytics*.
In this section, you can see in graphics how different teams and users manage their hybrid work. You can analyze what are the most popular days and statuses according to the day of the week.
Select the users or the user groups and the office or offices if your company has more than one location. If you wish to retrieve this data in Excel, you can!
Just click Export analytics on the right, upper corner of the page:
This window will pop up:
You can export all the scheduling without a specific timeframe, or select the timeframe by clicking on the second option and entering the dates.
Confirm by clicking Export excel file and ta-da! You have the data you wished, per status option (i.e. Home office, Office, etc.), date, user, and user group.
💡 Click here for an overview of which roles have access to the Analytics section.
*Analytics is only available as part of deskbird's Business or Enterprise plan.
If you are using the deskbird Starter plan and would like to add the Analytics feature, please contact our Customer Success team (success@deskbird.com).
