After booking a desk, you can have an overview of your past, present, and future bookings.
1. Where can I get an overview of my bookings?
As soon as you get a confirmation of your booking, you will be prompted to go to the Upcoming section of the Bookings page on our web app.
Here you can have an overview of your upcoming and completed bookings.
If your company is using the check-in, in the Upcoming tab you will see a purple Check-in button on the day of the booking. Please note that you can only check in on the day of the booking.
On the All bookings tab, you can see which desk and zone you have booked on a particular day in the past and even filter for the office. This is especially useful if your company has multiple locations.
2. How do I edit a booking?
You can easily edit and end any upcoming booking.
To edit a booking, click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side of a booking. If you would like to delete the booking, click the circled X icon next to the pencil icon.
If you have checked in but need to end the booking earlier, click the exit icon.
Clicking on the pencil icon brings you to this page:
Here, you can choose how you would like to edit your booking - you can change the date and/or timeframe for the booking. You can also change the desk you booked earlier.
Lastly, if you wish to make your booking anonymous (*the option must be activated by your company), you can also do that here.
