After you have created user groups by following this guide, you can also schedule the work week(s) of other team member(s).
In case you don’t want to create user groups, admins and managers can select All or Followed colleagues in the Schedule section to get an overview and then set or change the status on their behalf.
1. Find the person or group you want to schedule for
In order to schedule a week on behalf of a person or a whole team, click on Colleagues, a tab situated next to Personal feed on the Schedule page.
From the dropdown menu on the top right, make sure Following is selected. After you select Following, you can pick All colleagues or the group you would like to schedule the week for.
After choosing an individual or desired group you previously created, you are now able to choose the desired place of work.
2. Schedule ahead!
Does this person need to come to the office thrice this week? Can they stay home on Friday and maybe go on a business trip on Tuesday? This is the perfect time to decide on this and have a clear view of their whole work week.
Set the desired status for each individual and make sure to save those changes again.

Notify your team
Your team member(s) will receive a notification via e-mail about the updates you have made to their schedule if they have their notifications turned on. When clicking on Save, you can add a personal note, as well.
